Returns & Replacements

• We accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with your order details and a photo of the issue.
• Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.
• To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order details.
